A motorsport-inspired special edition 2026 Ford Ranger Raptor Desert Pack, limited to a run of just 500 utes, is now available for order and is set to begin production before the end of October.

According to Ford, the Desert Pack takes inspiration from the production-based Ranger Raptor off-road racer, which claimed a Stock Class victory at the 2022 Baja 1000 as well as three consecutive Production 4WD class wins at the Finke Desert Race.

With Melbourne-based off-road accessories manufacturer ARB 4x4 brought on as a development partner, the Desert Pack arrives with additional off-road styling for an extra $5,990 before on-road costs on top of the asking price of the Ford Ranger Raptor, which starts at $90,690 before on-roads.

From ARB, the Desert Pack is equipped with a Ranger Raptor-specific Sports Bar and four roof-bar-mounted Nacho Quatro Lights.

While initially exclusive for the Desert Pack, once all 500 utes are sold, ARB’s Lights and Sports Bar will be made available as standalone accessories.

Desert Pack decals – removable as a no-cost option – as well as front and rear all-weather floor mats from Ford Performance, complete the list of additions.

A Real Truck Power Roller Shutter is also available as an optional extra through Ford Accessories in place of the optional Power Roller Shutter offered for the standard Ranger Raptor, as it is not compatible with the Desert Pack.

With production beginning this month, Ranger Raptors equipped with the Desert Pack are expected in Australia “in the coming months,” according to a Ford Australia media release.
