Ford Australia has confirmed the full technical specification for the 2026 Ranger Super Duty cab-chassis range, ahead of its launch in early 2026.
The line-up will be offered in three body styles — Single Cab, Super Cab and Double Cab — each powered by a 3.0-litre V6 turbo-diesel producing 154kW and 600Nm. The engine is paired with a 10-speed automatic and full-time four-wheel drive, calibrated for heavy-duty EU VI emissions standards with AdBlue and a new driver-controlled DPF regeneration system.

As previously reported, pricing starts from $82,990 before on-road costs for the Single Cab, rising to $86,490 for the Super Cab and $89,990 for the Double Cab. When fitted with a tray, most variants will push close to or above $90,000 depending on finish and configuration.
Heavy-duty underpinnings are central to the package, with a 4500kg Gross Vehicle Mass (GVM), 8000kg Gross Combined Mass (GCM), and 4500kg maximum braked towing capacity across the range. Payload is rated up to 1982kg for the Single Cab, 1885kg for the Super Cab and 1825kg for the Double Cab, excluding tray fitment.
Off-road hardware includes locking front and rear differentials, 299mm ground clearance, and up to 850mm wading depth. Selectable drive modes cover Tow/Haul, Mud/Ruts, Sand and Rock Crawl, while Trail Control and Trail Turn Assist are fitted as standard.

Dimensions are shared across the range, with a 3270mm wheelbase, 5470mm overall length, and approach and departure angles of up to 36.3 degrees and 29.3 degrees, respectively. Wheels are 18-inch steel with LT275/70 R18 General Grabber all-terrain tyres on an 8-stud hub.
Inside, the focus is on durability with vinyl flooring and cloth seats, while retaining a 12-inch SYNC 4A touchscreen, 8-inch digital cluster, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and a 400W Pro Power Onboard inverter. The Double Cab provides five seats with ISOFIX and top-tether anchors, the Super Cab seats four, and the Single Cab seats two.

Standard safety equipment includes Intelligent Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane Keeping Aid, Autonomous Emergency Braking with Pedestrian Detection, Blind Spot Monitoring with trailer coverage, a 360-degree camera, and front and rear parking sensors.
Ford has also developed a suite of official accessories and tray options to suit the Super Duty’s 4500kg rating. Trays will be available in galvanised, body-colour, and matte black finishes, with pricing ranging from around $6,000 to $9,000 depending on cab and finish.
Ford will offer three accessory packs for the Ranger Super Duty, each designed for different uses. The Farm Pack combines a tray, water tank, toolbox and bull bar, priced from around $12,045 to $15,378 depending on cab and finish. The Work Pack equips the truck for job sites with items like a tray, device mounting system and wheel nut indicators, ranging from about $7,251 to $10,479. For off-road use, the Adventure Pack includes a tray, winch and rock sliders, priced between $17,961 and $21,294.
The 2026 Ranger Super Duty will begin arriving in Australian showrooms from early 2026.
