Pricing and specifications have been confirmed for the 2026 GWM Haval H6, with the range priced between $35,990 and $50,990 drive away. 

Four powertrain configurations arrive for the 2026 Haval H6: a 2WD 2.0-litre turbocharged petrol engine, a 1.5-litre turbocharged 2WD hybrid, and a 2WD and AWD plug-in hybrid models. 

The 2.0-litre petrol is mated to a 9-speed DCT and produces 170kW and 380Nm. 

The 1.5-litre turbo-hybrid – paired with a Dedicated Hybrid Transmission – produces a combined system output of 197kW and 530Nm, and achieves 5.2L/100km NEDC. 

The 2WD Plug-In Hybrid variant – making 240kW and 540Nm – is also coupled with a DHT, and achieves 1.0L/100km and 106km of electric-only range NEDC. The combined driving is a claimed 1,106km, the furthest of the two PHEV variants. 

The PHEV AWD Hi4 variant arrives with internal combustion and dual motor power – with a combined system output of 268kW and 760Nm – and achieves 1.1L/100km and 100km of EV-only NEDC range, with a claimed combined range of 1,043km. 

The petrol variants have a maximum braked towing capacity of 2,000kg while the Hybrid and PHEV models are capable of 1,500kg. All variants have a 750kg unbraked towing capacity. 

The facelifted H6 sports upgraded styling, complete with a revised grille design, LED daytime running lights, 19-inch alloy wheels and a new tail light design. 

Two trim levels are available across the Haval range: Lux and Ultra. 

The Lux trim level – available with the Petrol 2WD and Hybrid 2WD – comes equipped with LED lights, a kick sensing electric tailgate (on the Hybrid variant), keyless entry, a six-way electrically adjustable and four-way manually adjustable leather driver and passenger seat, a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster and 14.6-inch infotainment system to name a few features. 

A host of safety features also arrive for the Lux variant including 7 airbags, a 360-degree camera, adaptive cruise control, collision mitigation, front collision warning, traffic sign recognition and traffic jam assist. 

The Ultra trim level – available with all offered powertrains – adds additional features such as heated and ventilated front seats with drivers seat memory, a panoramic sunroof, rear privacy glass, a Heads-up display, a heated steering wheel and an eight or nine-speaker sound system depending on the powertrain. 

The 2026 GWM Haval H6 is set to go on sale in Australia from mid-July 2025.
