Renault has confirmed pricing and specifications for the new Duster SUV, with orders now open and the first showroom arrivals landing this month.

The model range includes both front-wheel drive (4X2) and all-wheel drive (4X4) variants across two trim levels.

The line-up starts from $31,990 plus on-road costs, with a limited-time $34,990 drive-away offer for the Evolution 4X2 automatic.

The range tops out at $37,990 plus on-road costs for the Techno 4X4 manual, due in December 2025.

The 4X2 model features a 1.3-litre turbo petrol engine producing 113kW and 270Nm, mated to a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission.

The 4X4 variant pairs a 1.2-litre three-cylinder mild-hybrid engine with a 6-speed manual, making 96kW and 230Nm.

Renault is positioning the Duster as a rugged, high-riding alternative in the small SUV segment, offering ground clearance up to 212mm in 4X4 form.

Standard safety includes AEB, lane keep assist, rear camera with sensors, and traffic sign recognition.

Inside, the Duster Evolution is equipped with a 10.1-inch infotainment screen, wireless smartphone connectivity, wireless charging, and dual-zone climate control.

The Techno adds front parking sensors, a multi-view camera, blind-spot warning, and a smart key card.

Boot space measures 472L–1564L in the 4X2 and 358L–1424L in the 4X4. Braked towing capacity is rated at 1500kg across the board, with unbraked limits at 695kg (4X2) and 750kg (4X4).

Both models come with Renault’s YouClip accessory system, allowing for optional attachments like a detachable torch, extra cup holder, or phone mount. A full-size spare tyre is included, along with 17- or 18-inch alloy wheels depending on the grade.

The Renault Duster is backed by a five-year/unlimited kilometre warranty. Scheduled servicing is required every 12 months or 30,000km, whichever comes first.

Metallic and premium paints are a $750 option, with colour choices including Cedar Green, Shadow Grey, and Pearlescent Black. Renault says initial stock is limited, with more deliveries expected in 2026 due to strong overseas demand.
