2024 Hyundai i30 Sedan N Price and Specs: NEW Australian Tune, Features and Looks

The 2024 Hyundai i30 Sedan N has been released, presenting an updated design and new features. Priced starting at $52,000 before on-road costs, this latest model is now available for purchase, which is $1800 higher than before.

Hyundai's 2024 i30 Sedan N is described by the company as integrating motorsport engineering into its road cars, a reflection of their participation in the global TCR Series. The model includes a range of updates to its chassis and features with a local ride and handling tune, which Hyundai promises improves comfort while maintaining driving dynamics.

The i30 Sedan N retains it's 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo-petrol engine, which produces 206kW of power and 392Nm of torque, with power sent through to the front-wheels exclusively.

Offered in a single trim, the i30 Sedan N includes a standard N 8-speed dual-clutch transmission, with a 6-speed manual transmission available as an alternative at no additional cost.

In terms of design, the 2024 i30 Sedan N features a new grille for improved engine cooling and brake ventilation, along with a restyled rear bumper. The car is available in seven colors, including Performance Blue.

The chassis of the 2024 i30 Sedan N has been updated with various enhancements such as a reinforced engine mount and G-bushing reinforcement. The suspension and steering systems have been revised to improve performance. The model also includes an upgraded braking system with new software and a thermal protector for the front brake hoses.

New technological features in the 2024 i30 Sedan N include Intelligent Speed Limit Assist, a revised wireless charger, and additional USB-C outlets. The vehicle also comes with Bluelink™ connected car services, offered free for the first five years of ownership. These services encompass a range of functionalities, from Automatic Collision Notification to live traffic updates.

Additional options, such as premium paint and a sunroof, are available at extra costs of $595 and $2,000 respectively.

Powered by a 2.0 Turbo-GDi engine, the i30 Sedan N Premium features various exclusive elements, including LED lighting and a leather-appointed interior. Safety features like Blind-Spot Collision-avoidance Assist and Forward Collision-avoidance Assist are included.
