The 2024 Audi Q4 e-tron, a highly anticipated all-electric compact SUV, is poised to make its Australian debut in the first half of the upcoming year. For a deeper insight into its anticipated arrival and impact, readers can explore our coverage on the Audi Q4 e-tron's upcoming Australian launch.

The Audi Q4 e-tron lineup, comprising both the standard and Sportback e-tron models, will be available in 45 e-tron and 55 e-tron quattro versions. This pricing strategy places Audi's offering slightly above the starting prices of its direct competitors, the BMW iX1 and Mercedes-Benz EQA. However, Audi counters with its vehicles' superior interior packaging and an impressive driving range of up to 562 kilometers on the WLTP test cycle for the Q4 Sportback 45 e-tron.

In terms of performance, the Q4 and Q4 Sportback 45 e-tron models feature a 210kW/545Nm electric motor powering the rear axle, achieving a swift 0-100km/h in just 6.7 seconds. The 55 e-tron quattro variants add a front axle motor, boosting performance to 250kW and 679Nm, and reducing the 0-100km/h time to an even quicker 5.4 seconds.

All Australian models will be equipped with a 77kWh (net) lithium-ion battery pack, capable of fast charging up to 135kW for the 45 e-tron and 175kW for the 55 e-tron models. This enhancement is part of Audi's recent updates to improve their electric vehicles' charging capabilities.

Standard features for the 45 e-tron variant include LED headlights, a 10.25-inch Audi virtual cockpit, and tri-zone climate control, among others. The 55 e-tron quattro further ups the ante with additions like Matrix LED headlights, sport front seats, and customizable interior lighting.
