CarSauce Buy 2.0 is out now.

Volkswagen has announced drive-away deals on the ID. Buzz electric people mover, running until December 31st, 2025.

Specifically, the deal applies to the five-seat and seven-seat Pro variants.

The five-seat variant is now priced from $79,990 drive-away, while the seven-seater is priced from $84,990 drive-away.

These prices are actually lower than their original price before on-road costs, down from $87,990 for the five-seater and $91,290 for the seven-seater.

The Volkswagen ID. Buzz Pro variants are each powered by a 210kW and 560Nm rear electric motor, sourcing electricity from a 79kWh (net) capacity lithium-ion battery in the five-seater and an 86kWh (net) battery in the seven-seater, good for 422km and 452km on the WLTP cycle, respectively.

On the outside, the ID. Buzz sports 19-inch alloy wheels, matrix LED headlights with adaptive high-beams, and power sliding doors, with 43 per cent of the available stock featuring two-tone paint.

Its interior features include a 12.9-inch infotainment touchscreen, a nine-speaker sound system, ten-colour ambient lighting, three-zone climate control, front seat back tray tables, seven USB ports, and wireless phone charging.

Adaptive Cruise Control with a Stop and Go function, a 360-degree area view camera, Lane Assist, and Park Distance Control are among the ID. Buzz’s safety suite.

Among the optional extras, the Interior Style Package – priced at $6,480 – adds tinted rear windows, recycled Seaqual fabric yarn seat upholstery, heated outboard seats in the first and second row, and load partitions and nets.

Retaining the key features from the Interior Style Package, the Premium Style Package includes all of the regular Style Package’s features, but swaps the fabric upholstery for Volkswagen’s ArtVelours microfleece.

The Infotainment Plus package – available for $2,200 – adds a heads-up display and a Harman Kardon Sound System.

Two-tone paint, a panoramic sunroof, and larger 21-inch wheels can each be added for $4,090, $3,290, and $1,900, respectively.
