It joins an existing range that was recently updated with a larger 74.7kWh lithium-ion battery.
The bZ4X Touring is 140mm longer behind the rear axle compared to other variants in the lineup.
This additional length, combined with a more upright tailgate, increases luggage volume to 550 litres.
The flagship model is powered by a dual-motor all-wheel-drive system producing a total system output of 280kW.
This powertrain allows the vehicle to accelerate from zero to 100km/h in 4.4 seconds.
The Touring variant offers a driving range of 488km based on the WLTP cycle.
Charging capabilities include 150kW CCS2 DC fast charging and 22kW three-phase AC charging.
Private buyers can choose between a complimentary 7kW home charger or a Chargefox public charging subscription.
The vehicle includes a 10-year unlimited kilometer battery warranty, provided scheduled servicing is performed at a Toyota dealer.
