JAC Motors has expanded its Australian T9 Dual-Cab 4X4 ute lineup with four new models aimed at both lifestyle and commercial buyers.

The new additions include the Osprey and Osprey X lifestyle variants, alongside the Tradepro Cab-Chassis and Oasis Cab-Chassis work-ready models.

The current entry-level JAC T9 Oasis is priced at $39,990 driveaway under a limited-time offer, while the T9 Haven costs $43,990 driveaway.

JAC Motors says the offer ends 31 October 2025, having already been extended from the original 31 August deadline.

Osprey and Osprey X Variants

The new Osprey and Osprey X variants will sit above the existing Haven grade.

Both introduce a power sunroof and a suspension calibration specific to these models.

Each has a payload of 980 kg, positioning them below the one-tonne novated leasing threshold.

The Osprey X adds black exterior elements, including a grille badge, alloy wheels, roof bars, door handles, wing mirrors, and side-vent surrounds.

JAC Motors Australia Managing Director Ahmed Mahmoud said the expanded range responds to different buyer needs:

“These four new T9 family members expand the T9’s appeal for customers with specific requirements – whether that's the ultimate work platform or a desire for enhanced daily comfort,” Mahmoud said.

Tradepro and Oasis Cab-Chassis Variants

The Tradepro Cab-Chassis and Oasis Cab-Chassis are designed for buyers seeking a vehicle capable of carrying service bodies, trays, or toolboxes.

Both variants have a payload of up to 1,165 kg (excluding tray) and feature four doors and five seats.

Each new cab-chassis variant shares the same 2.0-litre turbo-diesel engine producing 125 kW and 410 Nm, paired with a ZF eight-speed automatic transmission, and a BorgWarner dual-range 4WD system with locking rear differential.
