The 2026 Toyota Corolla Cross is set to arrive in the second half of 2025, bringing with it an updated design and a longer list of standard features.
Leading the changeover is the addition of the Corolla Cross GR Sport variant, with Toyota introducing an aggressive body-kit and sportier 19-inch alloy wheels – making the vehicle more visually aligned with its performance counterparts from Gazoo Racing, like the GR Corolla.

Toyota says the Corolla Cross GR Sport will also feature lowered suspension and sharper steering, in addition to its aesthetic enhancements.
The Corolla Cross GR Sport will be joined by updated versions of the GX, GXL, and Atmos variants.
The small hybrid SUV gains a refreshed front-end design, with LED headlights for all but the GX grade, and minor changes to the rear.

It’s expected the 2.0-litre non-turbo hybrid powertrain will carry over to the new model, producing a combined 146kW in all-wheel-drive variants with the help of two electric motors.
Full pricing and specification are set to be announced closer to the updated model’s launch in the second half of 2026.
