Australian pricing and specifications have been confirmed for the 2026 CUPRA Terramar VZe plug-in hybrid mid-SUV, with prices starting from $77,990 before on-road costs.
The VZe is now the range-topping variant, slotting in above the previous Terramar VZ flagship, priced at $68,200 before on-road costs.

Power comes from a 1.5-litre turbocharged petrol engine mated to a six-speed dual-clutch transmission and an electric motor, with electricity sourced from a 20kWh battery.
The system has a combined output of 200kW and 400Nm – identical torque figures to the VZ variant, but a 5kW power increase – good for a 0-100km/h time of 7.3 seconds.

CUPRA claims a combined fuel consumption of as little as 0.5 litres per 100km, with an electric-only range of 110km on the WLTP cycle.
The VZe comes with 20-inch alloy wheels, the Volkswagen Group’s Dynamic Chassis Control adaptive suspension system, a 12.9-inch infotainment touchscreen, leather-appointed, heated and front bucket seats with memory, a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster, a 12-speaker sound system, an ADAS safety suite, and a power tailgate.

Century Bronze matte paint and Dark Void premium paint are available as $2,900 and $620 options, respectively. A panoramic sunroof can also be added for $2,000.
The 2026 CUPRA Terramar VZe is set to arrive in Australia in November 2025.
