2025 Ford Everest Black Edition Debuts

2025 Ford Everest Black Edition Debuts

The 2025 Ford Everest Black Edition has been announced, with the seven-seater off-road SUV featuring special black-out highlights throughout.

Priced from $69,000 drive-away, Ford says the Everest Black Edition will be limited to just 750 vehicles in the initial production run – suggesting there may be more production runs, depending on popularity.

The Everest Black Edition is powered by a 2.0-litre twin-turbo four-cylinder diesel engine, sending 154kW and 500Nm to all four wheels through a 10-speed automatic transmission.

Along with selectable drive modes, the Everest comes with a locking rear differential and a low-range gearbox.

Notably, the limited-edition model comes with a black front grille, black mirrors, black door handles, black badging, and 18-inch alloy wheels in black with all-terrain tyres.

Inside, the cabin gets leather-accented trim for the first two rows, an 8.0-inch digital instrument cluster, a 12-inch infotainment screen, eight-speaker sound system, rear-view camera, satellite navigation, and wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.

Those wanting more can option the Premium Seat Pack for an additional $1200, which gains heated and ventilated powered front seats with memory for the driver’s pew.

Speaking of which, while we’d love to show you the interior of the Black Edition, Ford hasn’t provided any images of the cabin for this special variant. But we’re guessing it’s black.

While a basic Towing Pack is available for an extra $1950, for $2900, the Touring Pack combines the Towing Pack with 360-degree camera and Ford’s Pro Trailer Backup Assist – allowing you to reverse your trailer using a dash-mounted knob.

The Black Edition also comes with the Everest’s standard kit, including dual-zone climate control, third-row vents with fan control, wireless smartphone charging, a 240-volt household socket, keyless entry and start, automatic LED headlights, front and rear parking sensors, and Ford’s ADAS safety suite.

Buyers can choose from Aluminium Metallic, Shadow Black, or Alabaster White Pearl – an exclusive paint for the Black Edition – from no extra cost.

The 2025 Ford Everest Black Edition is available to order now, from $69,000 drive-away.
