Hyundai Motor Company has announced the release of the all-new SANTA FE, an SUV designed with a three-row cabin and an enlarged tailgate.

This design is intended to support a variety of uses, from daily commuting to outdoor activities.

The vehicle was designed with the ‘Open for More’ concept in mind, which was inspired by research indicating that Millennial and Generation-X demographics show significant interest in outdoor pursuits.

This concept emphasises a connection between the vehicle's interior and the outdoors, offering expansive seating and cargo space due to an extended wheelbase.

The all-new SANTA FE features a Curved Panoramic Display and a suite of SmartSenseTM safety technologies.

It supports Over-The-Air software updates and includes Bluelink® Connected Car Services.

The SANTA FE includes several new design elements for comfort and utility, such as First-row Relaxation Seating and a bi-directional centre console that is accessible from both the front and rear seats.

The vehicle also includes a UV-C Sterilisation Tray designed to sanitise personal items.

The pricing for the all-new SANTA FE starts at $55,500 for the Hybrid model, with a more powerful 2.5T-GDi engine option scheduled for release later in the year.

The exterior of the SANTA FE features a new design with H-shaped elements and is available in ten colour options, including both standard and premium finishes.

The interior of the SUV offers a flexible and accommodating space, utilising eco-friendly materials across various surfaces and available in several upholstery options.

The design aims to maximise comfort and convenience while maintaining a user-friendly interface.

Hyundai offers two SmartStream engine options for the SANTA FE, available in both front-wheel and all-wheel drive configurations.

This includes a hybrid option that combines a 1.6-liter engine with an electric motor, aimed at providing a balance of power and environmental consideration.

Safety features in the new SANTA FE are comprehensive, with the latest generation of Hyundai’s SmartSense™ technologies providing a range of collision-avoidance systems and parking aids.

With these updates, the 2024 SANTA FE is marketed as a versatile SUV suitable for a wide range of driving needs and lifestyles.
